  • Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads. We do not verify the content of ads and disclaim all liability for any errors or misrepresentations.

  • Prohibited Content: Ads must not contain false, misleading, or illegal content. Prohibited items include but are not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and hazardous materials.

3.3 Fees and Payments

  • Marketplace Fees: Sellers may be charged a commission or transaction fee for each sale made through the Website. Fees will be clearly disclosed before listing a product.

  • Ad Fees: Certain classified ads may require payment of a fee. Fees will be displayed before posting the ad.

  • Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept mobile money and credit/debit cards.

5. Orders and Purchases

5.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Request additional information to verify your identity or payment details before processing your order.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the product. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

5.3 Cancellations

6.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Uganda. As we expand, we will update our shipping policies to include other East African countries.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Customs clearance procedures.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest).

6.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly indicated on the Website.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

7.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7.3 Exchanges
